By placing an on-line order with PCBzip.com you agree to accept the following terms and conditions of sale.
1. PRICES
a. As an on-line service, prices may be subject to currency fluctuations, freight variations, fuel levies and other duties that are beyond our control. We therefore reserve the right to revise prices without notice.
b. On-line prices are valid only at the time of ordering and include all tooling and set-up charges, electrical test and freight/packing. Prices are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax, which will be applied at the standard prevailing Irish rate for all orders delivered within the Republic of Ireland, regardless of Irish VAT exemption status (with the exception of customers who have an account with Spemco Teo.). Orders delivered to E.U. States outside of the Republic of Ireland will be VAT exempt provided that a valid VAT registration number is quoted. All other areas will be delivered with zero VAT.
2. DELIVERY
a. Delivery time quoted is in working days, which are Monday to Friday but do not include public holidays in Republic of Ireland, U.K. and Northern Ireland. Delivery is the time from Day 1 until despatch of order from our manufacturing facility. Day 1 commences on the next working day after receipt of order and acceptable data, which must be received at Spemco Teo. no later than 12:00 hours Ireland time.
Examples : Data received on Thursday by 12:00 = Day 1 Friday
Data received on Thursday after 12:00 = Day 1 Monday
Delivery is normally on a next day service by DHL, TNT or Citylink courier services. For remote areas it is possible that couriers may require an additional day.
b. Every effort will be made to ensure that the delivery quoted is maintained. However, these are estimates only and we will not accept claims for compensation or financial losses for late delivery. If the order was placed on a premium delivery we will recalculate the price if delivered more than 1 day late and issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
c. For technical reasons we reserve the right to under deliver by up to 10% of the order quantity or 2 units, whichever is the greater. In this instance, the order will be considered as completed, the price will be recalculated and a credit or refund will be issued at our discretion.
3. DECLINED OR CANCELLED ORDERS
a. We reserve the right to decline an order due to production capacity or technical restraints, or if the submitted documentation does not comply with the data entered on our website ordering screen. In this event you will be informed as soon as possible.
b. Cancellation of an order by the customer in whole or part must be submitted in writing to us and may be subject to costs incurred by us in respect of the cancellation. We will endeavour to keep any cancellation costs to a minimum.
4. TITLE/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a. All goods remain the property of PCBzip.com until payment is received in full.
b. The customer shall indemnify PCBzip.com fully against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses which may be incurred as a result of work done in accordance with any order, design or specification of the customer which results in the infringement of any Intellectual Property Right.
5. DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
a. While we do not ultimately accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit, we will take all reasonable actions to recover/replace the goods at our discretion.
b. Goods damaged on delivery must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods. We advise all of our customers to sign carriers' delivery documents as 'UNEXAMINED'
6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS/SHORTAGES/REFUNDS
a. Products which are visually defective must be reported in writing to us within 14 days of receipt. We will either replace, credit or refund, at our discretion, the defective product and will not accept liability or claims for any financial or consequential loss or damage.
b. Shortages must be reported in writing to us within 14 days of receipt of order. We will either replace, credit or refund the undelivered products, at our discretion, subject to the provisions of clause 2c of these terms and conditions.
c. Product returns must be correctly addressed and carriage paid by the customer in accordance with our instructions.
7. PRODUCT GUARANTEE
a. We guarantee that products will be supplied in accordance with the information submitted by the customer. Our products are guaranteed for six months from receipt against defective workmanship and materials and we undertake to make good any defect not caused by fair wear and tear or other outside influences. Our liability in all cases is limited to replacement or credit, at our discretion, of defective product only.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
a. For new customers payment must be made at time of ordering using the credit card facility on line. Account customers will be invoiced as per the agreed account terms.
9. PRIVACY STATEMENT
a. We may collect information from you via this website and your information may be stored manually or electronically. Any information you give to us will be processed in accordance with current Irish Data Protection legislation. We will only use the information you provide to deliver the services you have requested and to keep you informed of the activities of PCBzip.com and associated companies. We will not make your details available outside our organisation without your consent except to our partners who are involved in the production or supply of the goods/services which you have ordered from us or if we are obliged by law to do so.

10. GENERAL
a. Irish Law shall apply to the contract and PCBzip.com and the Customer agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
b. If any provision of these terms and conditions is unenforceable then the validity of the remainder of the conditions shall not be affected.
